Lumpy’s Flightline collects the information you choose to provide through this website, such as your name, email address and enquiry. Squarespace may also collect technical information such as browser details, device information, cookies and website usage data.

We use this information to respond to enquiries, assess interest in Flightline, improve the product and website, and protect the service from misuse. We do not sell personal information. Information may be stored or processed by service providers including Squarespace and VentraIP, which may operate systems outside Australia.

You may ask to access, correct or delete personal information held about you, or raise a privacy concern, by emailing gday@lumpysflightline.com.au. We will respond within a reasonable period. This policy will be updated as Flightline’s account and application services develop.

Terms Of Use

This website introduces a product that is still under development. Content, screenshots, features, availability and proposed integrations may change. You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, or copy Flightline branding or original material without permission.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian law. To the extent permitted by law, Flightline is not responsible for loss arising from reliance on preliminary website content, third-party services or external data sources.

Aviation Information Disclaimer

Flightline is intended for plane spotting, personal logging and general aviation reference. It is not an operational aviation, air traffic control, navigation, flight-planning or safety service. Airport diagrams, weather, movements, tracking, fleet information and other aviation data must never be used to make operational or safety-critical decisions. Always use current official aviation publications and authorised operational sources.
